You should not have to sign a six-figure contract to find out whether an AI agent can read your submissions. Spend a week and a fixed fee instead.
What you get
Not a mockup. A running extraction or retrieval pipeline pointed at a real sample of your submissions, policies, or loss runs, producing output you can inspect field by field.
We build a small labelled test set from your documents and score against it, so the conversation ends with a measured figure rather than an impression.
Where it broke, which document types it struggled with, and what it would take to fix. The uncomfortable half is usually the most valuable part of the week.
If the workflow is a good fit, you get a scoped build with a fixed price. If it is not, we say so and you have spent $2,500 finding out instead of $50,000.

Questions
A sample of real documents — twenty to fifty is usually enough — and an hour or two from whoever runs the workflow today. Everything else is on us.
Then we tell you, with the evidence. That is a legitimate outcome of the week and it is why the fee is small. A vendor who has never given a client that answer is not measuring anything.
Yes, including the test set. If you never speak to us again you keep the code and the measurement harness.
NDA before anything is shared. We can work against redacted samples, and where your policy requires it we run entirely inside your environment.

Next step
A week, a fixed fee, and a measured answer on your own documents. If it will not work, you find out for $2,500.
