Rottawhite — AI Systems Studio

One week. One workflow. A working system you own.

You should not have to sign a six-figure contract to find out whether an AI agent can read your submissions. Spend a week and a fixed fee instead.

What you get

Inside the ai integration sprint

A working system on your documents

Not a mockup. A running extraction or retrieval pipeline pointed at a real sample of your submissions, policies, or loss runs, producing output you can inspect field by field.

An accuracy number you can defend

We build a small labelled test set from your documents and score against it, so the conversation ends with a measured figure rather than an impression.

The failure list

Where it broke, which document types it struggled with, and what it would take to fix. The uncomfortable half is usually the most valuable part of the week.

A build scope, or an honest no

If the workflow is a good fit, you get a scoped build with a fixed price. If it is not, we say so and you have spent $2,500 finding out instead of $50,000.

How it runs

The shape of the engagement

Day 1
Walk the workflow with the people who actually do it. Collect sample documents and agree what a correct answer looks like.
Days 2–3
Build the extraction or retrieval pipeline against your real files, iterating on the cases that fail.
Day 4
Build the labelled test set and score the system against it. Document where it breaks.
Day 5
Walkthrough with your team, handover of the code and test set, and a scoped build proposal.

Fit

This is for you if

  • You have one workflow that eats hours every day and runs on documents
  • You want to see it work on your own files, not a vendor demo deck
  • You need something concrete to take to a partner or board before committing budget

It is not, if

  • You want a strategy deck rather than working software
  • You cannot get us sample documents inside the week
  • The workflow has no clear definition of a correct answer

Questions

Before you book

What do we need to provide?

A sample of real documents — twenty to fifty is usually enough — and an hour or two from whoever runs the workflow today. Everything else is on us.

What if the answer is that it will not work?

Then we tell you, with the evidence. That is a legitimate outcome of the week and it is why the fee is small. A vendor who has never given a client that answer is not measuring anything.

Do we own what you build?

Yes, including the test set. If you never speak to us again you keep the code and the measurement harness.

How do documents stay confidential?

NDA before anything is shared. We can work against redacted samples, and where your policy requires it we run entirely inside your environment.

Next step

Start with one workflow.

A week, a fixed fee, and a measured answer on your own documents. If it will not work, you find out for $2,500.
