The paperwork moves slower than the freight.

PODs photographed in a cab, rate confirmations buried in email, carrier invoices that never match the quote. We build agents that read, match and post them, and escalate the ones that fail to reconcile.

The pattern

What we keep seeing

  • PODs and LRs arriving as photos, filed by nobody
  • Carrier invoices checked against quotes by eye, if at all
  • Customers emailing "where is my shipment?" faster than ops can answer
  • Dispatch decisions living in one planner’s head
What we build

Systems for logistics & supply chain

POD and freight-document extraction

Photos and scans turned into structured delivery records, matched to the order, with the unreadable ones routed to a human instead of guessed at.

Invoice-to-quote reconciliation

Carrier invoices checked line-by-line against rate confirmations, so overcharges surface as exceptions instead of leaking through accounts payable.

Status agents for customer queries

An agent that reads the tracking data and answers the "where is it?" email with a citation, handing the unclear ones to ops.

Questions

Asked before booking

Have you published a logistics case study?

Not yet. Our published case studies are in manufacturing and platform builds. The machinery is the same document-and-workflow work, and the sprint lets you verify it on your own freight documents before committing to anything.

Our carriers all send different formats. Does that break it?

Format variety is the core problem we test in the sprint. The accuracy report is broken out per document type and source, so a weak format shows up as a number rather than a surprise in production.

What does this cost?

A fixed $2,500 for the five-day sprint. If it leads to a build, that fee is credited in full; build scoping is explained on the pricing page.

Next step

Bring one workflow.

Five days and $2,500 gets it working on your own documents, with an accuracy number you can check. If the number is bad, you keep the failure analysis and walk away.
