  • Availability engine that accounts for bookings, maintenance windows, cleaning turnaround, and one-way transfers between locations.
  • Dynamic pricing rules: base rates by category, seasonal multipliers, duration discounts, and extras. Even simple rules beat a static rate card.
  • Online booking with deposits and clear cancellation policies enforced automatically.
  • Digital agreements with license capture, e-signature, and configurable terms.
  • Photo-based condition reports at both ends of every rental, stored against the agreement.
  • Deposit holds and damage charging integrated with your payment provider, including partial captures.
  • Fleet maintenance tracking driven by odometer and calendar, with vehicles automatically blocked from booking when service is due.
  • Utilization and revenue reporting per vehicle and per category, because the fleet mix decisions depend on it.

Telematics integration, GPS tracking, and remote immobilization are powerful additions, particularly for contactless models, but they can be phased in.

Build vs buy

Buy when your fleet is under roughly 50 vehicles and your model is standard branch rental. The platforms are mature and the per-vehicle pricing is bearable at that size.

Build when the economics or the model demand it:
